Yoga for Trauma Recovery focuses on regulating the nervous system through a gentle, but strong yoga practice which includes pranayama and asana with an embodiment emphasis. Classes are Polyvagal Theory centered and Trauma Informed with the goal being Post Traumatic Growth and Resilience.
